Because my shop products are made to order, production times can vary! Typically, items are prepared and shipped out within 3–7 business days. Once on their way, domestic shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link in your email as soon as your package dispatches!

I open select commission slots depending on my current studio schedule! Keep an eye on my social spaces or drop your name in my studio guestbook to be the first to know when custom illustration or digital painting slots become available. Please see the commission page for options.

Since each item is printed specially for you when you order, I cannot accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your cozy item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out to the support email with a photo within 14 days and we will get a replacement sent right out to you!
